Now what?
It's time to get back to work. There is a lot investors should do between now and the end of this year. Tim is right, it is time to maximize deferred income and minimize current incomes. It is time to consider ways to thwart the coming doubling of the capital gains rate. It is time to decide how much we want to allow to be redistributed and put the rest out of their reach. It is time to move IRAs and 401(k)s into self directed retirement plans that will allow you to take your investments offshore.
This is storm about to wash ashore, it is just time to prepare but fortunately we KNOW what is coming and there is time to prepare.
For prepared investors this will be a great time to accumulate assets if you do it right. For me personally, President BO will be an incredible boon to the Field Guide. There has already been a spike in members over night.

I would never, ever, under any circumstance allow a real estate broker to have access to my credit file. There is absolutely no valid reason for them to have it. No, your "policy" is not a valid reason.

Again, then there should be no problem you showing actual proof of those errors. You could start by answering the questions I asked in the other thread, you know, about the difference between the types of credit reports available to lenders.
Also, only a fool would think a "job title" somehow makes you any kind of expert.

Actually, the same people will probably riot either way. Think back to some of the recent sports championship celebrations.
Tonight is a night to stay home and maybe clean a gun or two either way.

So, Does anyone here believe that we could possibly work towards a more cooperative and civil Government and society as we move forward?
You keep asking this but you completely ignore the fact Obama is not a uniter...

Convince your own party leaders to be open minded and work with others before claiming we don't reach across the isle.

No, what you should do is get your free annual credit report from each of the bureaus and make sure the information in them is correct. Your FICO will take care of itself from there.

Actually, we will get a referendum on the Chosen One's policies in two years.

The Florida legislature could have met in special emergency session and passed a bill to settle it with a coin toss had they wanted to do it that way.

That is not fear mongering. I believe it is a true statement for at least the first year Obama is in office.
