Newbie, this reply is to the James B. post. I know that I have read some of these post but cannot figure out how I missed this one. Anywho, this was an awesome testimony. It's probably one in a million, and I say that because everybody's starting up testimony will be different and unique in/of its own. Eureka! It was worth the length of words and it is also good for BP's members and for the site as a whole. Thanks for sharing it:).

Hello Steele, I gonna try this one more time. I surmise that what I am curious about here is if you get financed via FHA, can you rent it out? Can it become your first start up in real estate investing? Thanks Steele. I still may not have it right so for now and to follow my own advice; I'll just keep reading and watching the forum until I become a little more versed, but I'm still thankful that at least someone replied. Question. Is that other Steele member any kin. Don't have answer just thought I'd ask because I wanted to make a reply to him.

Thanks Aaron. I'm just trying to learn and I do apologize for that lack of clarity. Well, just inquiring; I don't have good credit-horrible, so I'm kinda of getting frustrated here, but eventually, I'll roar. Thanks again, I really appreciate your reply.

I am a newbie, unfortunately I did not verse my question clearly. The question I'm trying to ask is, can a rent-to-own become an investment or a purchased HUD home? I do a apologize-just trying to learn.

True, I am a newbie, but I still must have some type of-when are you going to start attitude. I would like know if you get in on a rent-to-own deal and the property needs rehab (saying this because I may have to start like this). I know I would have to make repairs and would or if it' decent, either/or, can I rent it out eventually? If I can? What type of down payment would this require?

Thank you Raymond B. It makes it much easier as a newbie to know somebody, somewhere is watching and listening. In my situation, I don't have much support, but since I've started interacting on the site it is beginning to not bother me so much now. What ever I'm going to do with the rest of my days has to start today-know what I mean? You all are a real elite bunch and I am gratefully thankful.

Have a wonderful busy day. I say that because busi-ness produces productivity-most of the time anyways:)

Thanks Mehran, I just wanted a few other opinions; I surely don't want to start borrowing money and wind up overwhelmed with an overload on the brain. I need this brain to work for me so that I work on moving forward. I like this website so much until I have not returned to my reading of BP's Ultimate Beginners Guide which is an awesome read. Again, thanks a lot it's highly appreciated.

Thanks Paul, I really appreciate it. Got a question. When you attend the REIA meetings is there a fee? If so, can you pay upon arrival? Yeah, I've been considering Home Depot but didn't know about Lowes. I will definitely check out Lowes. Habitat for Humanity is my main target right now. Thanks for the golden nuggets. Oh, by the way what's the multi's owner occupied deal all about.
