posting on craigslist for private money would be asking every nut job to sell you the world. I'm a native New Yorker born in one of the scam capitals of the world I know better than that tracey.

Had some guy send me a reply from one of my post about looking for private money ,said he was with some Alaskan group with a pool of private money investors. Long story short he wanted me to wire him $5,500 and then he would start the paperwork and a lender would call me .I asked him just to see what he would say to send me everything we spoke about in writing and entity name and to have it certified and this was his response!

20-K while on trip in carribean ......
