Sorry if this question is dumb. But are you able to rent out a mobile home that's in a mobile park? Or is that more complicated?

I need to know how to run a comp on a mobile home. I'm referring to mobile homes that are within a park like a trailer and not a manufactured home.

I tried Kelly blue book and it didn't help me with anything.

It was no data. If I need to look at the homes that sold in that park, how would I determine that because I used MLS data and nothing came up.

I'm at a lost with this one 😂

@David Avetisyan sounds good. It’s crazy people try to run scams and it’s like, they are going to get caught as it don’t make sense how they are being benefited and etc. I’ll definitely make sure I block them. I wasn’t sure if this is typical for others.

Have anyone ever been approached via a email where it does not got to Spam and the person says they want you to manage 2 million dollars and basically work on projects with them and find investment properties. It’s too good to be true, I don’t know how this person even know my first and last name. They found my email and I’m not sure if it is because of social media. Anyone encounter this?
