Hello BP family, I am an investor in Dallas, TX and as I continue forward with my RE business, I'm looking to move into rehabbing properties and I would like to begin networking and building relationships with individuals who are experienced in rehabbing and/or are looking to create returns on their capital. Whether you are currently active or just an equity player, I would love to have some conversations with you about possible future projects! @Ryan Dossey see that's what others have been saying, and that's what sparked my curiosity. What is your focus in your business? Like mine is wholesaling, rehab and mortgage assignments. 

Also, understanding that our markets are different, would you mind sharing the criteria you search on ListSource?

That is great advice, thank you so much @Tamara Elliott-Deering. I am a fan of building lists/leads organically, I just keep seeing a lot about ListSource and it sparked curiosity.

I am further building on my wholesale business and I'm now going to test out listsource.com leads. Understanding that we are in a seller's market here in Texas. I am considering pursuing a small list but not sure if it totally makes sense or worth the test. Can you all help me?

Do you all feel 7+ year old mortgages, with lower LTV % a good criteria to pursue?

i.e. Mortgage Origination < 2008 & 1-50% LTV

If not, please feel free to share criteria that may be more effective or has been effective in your wholesale business?

Hello everyone, Terence Johnson here, I am a new investor or "Newbie" in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As I begin my journey, I will begin building capital through wholesales, rehabs and owner finance assignments. Thus far I have done some marketing...mailers, yard signs and driving for dollars. I have also had the opportunity to assist an investor complete his rehab he recently placed on the market. I am very excited and will be looking to learning a lot from you guys inside the forums and look forward to partnering and growing with many of you all here in the Texas.
