I am new to the business looking to start with wholesaling. I would like to meet up and work with someone who could mentor me. My time is limited but I am eager to learn. My goal is to wholesale 6-12 properties before investing in my first flip preferably a SFH.

Looking for Private Lending to help with a multi-unit property in NC. Asking price is south of 250k. I estimate about 70k in renovations to collect market average rent or better. Please advise my credit is in the high 600s and I have good income from my full time job, however I only have about 10-12k to invest.

I've been a member of bigger pockets for sometime now. I had a deal fall through and decided to donate my down payment to a non-profit. I am finally motivated to get back on course.

We are purchasing our first property under our LLC and it is a 7unit property we brought cash, after renovations we would like to a commercial real estate equity loan. Can someone please refer a lender to speak with in the Pittsburgh area? Closing isn't until April 30, so I do have time.

Why would a bank who didn't want to finance you before with no money down, want to refinance you now once the property has been acquired?

Although I have not done any flips my car back ground tells me scoping and rehab are the most important parts of the flipping process. Its kind of like when we trade a car in we have to evaluate it before actually performing the service. Gaining an idea of what needs to be done what we have to do to make that car right. If we cannot fully service that car and sell it an aggressive price that allows us to be profitable we wholesale the car. To me it is worth having home inspections done to flips as well as having a contractor you are comfortable with coming out to scope the work prior offer will definitely help minimize some of those loses.
