I am very curious in this topic as well. I know you if you are going to generate leads you should have. A customer relationship management software. I currently work in finance at an automotive store, prior to this I worked in sales here and our CRM was vital to my success! I was able to manage my follow up. Based off my conversations with other investors it will take several attempts to contact some of the prospects until you will actually hear from the prospect. A CRM will keep it organized. I am looking into Insightly now. Cost is about 49 per month.

Do you know if it is applicable to a wix website?

We do have a team in place we have about 70 units in Hickory. 22 two homes and another 50+ apartment building also located in hickory. Both are currently being renovated. We have a contractor and a realtor we have been working with. I may need to adjust our calculation based off of 90day schedule and not 60day schedule. If that were the case we would be looking to do 220.

Any one investing had any luck with flips with this resource. I am trying to figure out if it is worth putting into my monthly marketing budget. I have created a wix site and I am preparing to launch. I know everyone says don't wait until it's perfect, and I am not but... I am in need of a CRM, once the site launches with my sales background I will need this to help keep me organized. I see that Wix offers a CRM does anyone have any reviews on it. If you did not go with that one which did you chose and why? I have a programmer waiting on my direction. We are focusing on flips, and wholesaling. Once I have my license the page will also be used to generate buyers, so a CRM is vital for me.
