Have you contacts that invest in the type of property that you actually have? The hardest thing about being a wholesaler is having a network that is going to be able to accept your contracts with open arms

Do your own marketing and link with investors in your area. Wholesalers will take a little bit of your profit away but they will at least be deals you can decipher through. Interested in your progress let me know how it goes

Statesville isn't too far from Hickory and the properties I will be managing. I don't move until November. 8 rentals and still working full time? Are you guys starting your flips now? Is the plan to eventually step away from your jobs?

Has anyone else here tried the CompruCram? I found it online for ways to prepare for the exam while I'm still working full time.
