I’m an experienced investor and a bay area resident, whom has been building a Real Estate Portfolio outside of the state. Although successful, the challenges of managing and the ability to be hands on with out-of-state properties has compelled me purse opportunities closer to home

That said, I am interested in building my Buyers List and connecting with fellow investors, vendors, lenders, agents...you name it, if you know someone or you are connected to real estate investing primary in Contra Costa and Solano Counties, I would love to know you!

I am looking for cash flow areas where I can market for Wholesaling, Income and Rehab opportunities.

If you don't want to stay local Reno offers a larger population, but with so my foreclosures getting enough rent to cover your cash on cash might be difficult.

I'm not a lawyer but how about putting the home in a land trust that way once filed in the county your name would not appear on the title?
