Well I did read "Trump Strategies for Real Estate: Billionaire Lessons for the Small Investor". It was a good book. Maybe I need to go buy it. I got it from a library & read it in like less than a week.

I don't think you should start this way. Maybe you should try the "No Money Down" technique or maybe you should learn all the ways to make money in real estate. Head over to the library or head to a Barnes & Noble.

I have a good friend down here where I'm at & he has a radio on a local station here. We have been thinking about getting a XM radio or a internet radio show. Soons I find out how maybe you should try to. I'll let you know.
