I'm also interested in the answer to these questions... I have 4 properties I'm looking at in the next month that are in the Eastern pa area.

@DavidKrulac  He mentions it is a flood zone. There is no mention that there is running water (correction it is a creek) or wildlife. I agree that draining areas that the army core of engineers has deemed wetlands is discouraged and comes with penalties unless permitted. He only indicates that it is in a flood zone. If it gets full on a rainy day he can still build a home with a pump in the basement. I'm only using the information i'm given.

Interesting.  Could you explain further?  I'm not even sure if this property is suitable for a residential property.

See if the woodlands is for sale. (takes money to make money) Depending on elevation and coverage you might be able to cut the trees down and drain the surrounding area and build on the woodlands area. During the sale you put the parcels together and mark it as 4 acres.

Joint venture with the woodlands owner, build a house near your "lake".

Anymore info on the property? I have property near a creek that tends to flood also in pa. I can let you know what I did (might help)

Most group doctors will buy outright and cut their rent by forming a board and then rent to other docs when they retire. You need to have it ready made for a newdocktr or group.

My criteria for who I would rent to is vast. The doctors have to be good and ethical

There is a website that I have been using to find medical space for myself. I will get you the link if it matches your location. I will look at Craigslist. Ask other doctors (networking events) and a decent realestste agent could help you. Those are my top three. For now

@davidKrulac  You are correct. I get lost in PA. I used them in Hamburg area. They are in Reading. My apologies Hamburg to Harrisburg is a trip.

Conestoga title company has great rates. And is closer

Kempton Berks PA I'm looking for contractors in the area. Do you guys have suggestions for any handy men in Berks county? I am hoping to get some estimates before buying just so I can keep it under budget. jobs include -front deck -tree removal -driveway -complete kitchen -scrap and restain original hard wood floors just hoping to get a little help. I'm trying to be more hands off with this project and considering the price I think I can make it. just in general since a lot of the forum I've been reading include northeast and wills barre pa. maybe you guys can help. listing some trustworthy contractors always helps the community as a whole
