I'm interested in some property in PA myself. I already have a home that I rent inbetwen Allentown and reading. north and south of that middle line. I'm 40 min from both. I also live in NY and take weekend trips when I have to vet new tenants and have a local friend collect for me (not a great situation but a start) WWhen I'm not there or get checks mailed. 

I'm looking for some farm land and dairy's because I have people to farm them and then rent the house out to locals. Let me know if you guys can help me as well or if I can help.
