I'm an out-of-state investor who lives in NY but invests in Atlanta. I would love to go to meetups and network with more buyers, agents, and wholesalers but flying to ATL at the moment is hard considering I'm still in my 9-5 pm. Any virtual meetups anyone knows of that happens? Thank you!!

I am currently putting together a cash buyers list. I want to introduce myself and find out where they are buying in my area (Long Island, NY). Do you guys have any suggestions as to WHERE to find these buyers? How have you all approached finding great buyers to work with?

Is there anyone here who has wholesaled in NY or still is? I am just beginning my journey and I would love any advice or tips.

Also when on the phone with a seller, how do you quickly come up with an estimate for their property- I know you definitely don't want to tell them you'll give them a callback, you want to give them something to think on while you come back with the Maximum Allowable Offer.
