It was a rough one that sat empty for a couple of years. The owner was a stubborn man who was willing to let it sit and rot. I think many investors tried to buy it but he wouldn't move on the price. Of course most where offering 10k. Thanks to an awesome young wholesaler (Dan Grisko here on BP) we were able to put together a deal. I bought it because of the location, took 4 months to complete and was under contract in a few weeks.

Spokane is a hot market. Look up Dan Grisko here on BP. He's an awesome young wholesaler and might be able to help you out. The house was a rough one that sat empty for a while and the owner was tough to deal with but the location was great for a first time buyer.
