Hey Dan G. glad to see you here. Stone sold rather quickly. I've meant to call you, here is the breakdown. Purchase,closing, wholesale fee= 32k, rehab=60k, sold for 140k. You can get me info on your project. Could it possibly need more rehab than Stone? How's everything going there?

Thanks Jacob, I am interested in multi family in the Spokane area. I was up that way last week checking on my North Idaho home, we had lots of snow as you know. I won't be back up that way again until summer. If you have anything when I'm in the area I would love to check it out.

Tom Dyman, Pensacola, FL. I have a background in construction(25+ years). I started flipping single family houses a year ago, I have completed 2, 2 are in the middle of rehab, and one I am currently living in. I'm using flipping as a stepping stone to get into larger multi family rentals. I'm very interested in multi family and possibly hotels that need rehab so I can add value. I'm interested in scaling my business through private money and am starting to explore that avenue. I'm currently focused in the North West Florida area, but also work in the Spokane, WA. and North Idaho markets.
