@John Warren Thanks for the advice. @Justin Hoggatt I closed on my first flip in December and am lookin for my first buy and hold property currently. Yes I am looking to understand value, hoping to find something that can help me keep things like property info such as comps, contacts emails, and calculators for the different tasks involved. As you can tell I'm new to it so I'm not 100% what I want out of it but mainly am trying to have something where all my material is together and manageable.

I am a beginner investor and am considering using a software to help me organize and assist my work. I have seen some content about REAL DATA and a few others, and would like to hear other investors feedback on that product as well as others.

Thank you very much! I'm aware of that I had a little stickler moment I guess of being so focused on the fact that I wanted to make sure I was understanding what the author was trying to get across before I moved on. much appreciated brother.

*the trouble im having is in the book there are over lapping explanations where the answers fit multiple questions if that makes sense

I am someone inquiring about potential real estate investing and have recently purchased and read several books including some of Brandon's books. The one I am currently reading is by Bryan M. Chavis "Buy It, Rent It, Profit!". I have gotten to the part on page 57 where there is a series of exercises, but the problem is there is no part in the book that gives you the answers to be able to check your work. Ive been on Bryan's website to see if there is any information their amongst other places and haven't gotten any answers. So I have came here hoping that someone has read the book and fill me in on what I'm looking for. Please and thanks!
