Thanks again everyone. I ended up going with Colby Neal at Pinnacle, and he did a great job. Very detailed report with solid recommendations, at a very reasonable price.

I'll follow up with who I end up using, and how it goes, for future reference.

Hi folks,
I'm just about to sign a contract on a SFR property in Little Rock, AR. Could anyone recommend a high quality home inspector?
Thanks!

Thank you very much for your incredibly prompt response. I definitely understand the scenario related to Payton’s departure. In setting up a meeting with him, I had used the link in his email, and received an automatic confirmation of the meeting set for June 1st. However, it now seems entirely likely that Payton had already departed by that time, and that the meeting was then lost in electronic limbo. No worries! I am in contact with Marq, as you noted, and I'm very happy that conversations will be able to move forward again.
To anyone reading this forum post in the future, researching Memphis Invest as I have, please take note. The time between my having posted previously, and Marq from Memphis Invest calling me, was an hour at most. You simply cannot ask for better customer service than that. Impressive.

Jonathan, I am currently experiencing a very similar issue. A few weeks back, I started an email communication with an adviser at Memphis Invest, and scheduled a introduction discussion as you had. When the day of the meeting arrived, I sat ready with my questions at hand, waiting for the phone to ring. Time passed, but the phone never rang. The scheduled meeting time came and went, with no call from the Memphis Invest adviser. I followed up with an email, giving him the benefit of the doubt, that perhaps there was a scheduling mistake.
However, about a week and a half later, I have still not heard any response from that adviser. I had been researching Memphis Invest for quite some time, and was very interested in getting started working with them. Given everything I had read and seen discussed, this is absolutely not how I expected the customer service from Memphis Invest to play out. Perhaps we were both talking with the same adviser, feel free to private message me to share the name. I still hold out faith that this is an exception case, and that we both can somehow restart communications with Memphis Invest and get things moving forward.
Let's reach out into the aether and hope that @Chris Clothier is able to shine some light.
