I agree with @John Brian! You will be surprised at how many deals you will be able to close just by being honest and upfront! If the seller is really motivated they will appreciate all the help they can get! @Cristopher Cristia

Good Afternoon everyone!
As a fellow newbie in REI, I wanted to make a post to motivate all the other newbies out there to not give up! Some of you are having trouble getting started, finding mentors, finding financing. Some others are just plain lost and confused. We must not give up though! Remember why you were interested in real estate in the beginning. Hold on to what you will accomplish by gaining your financial freedom! I know its not always easy to network, or market or find good deals. Some of you are thinking about quitting today. That was me yesterday, but I had to motivate myself to keep going. So I thought that through motivating someone else I could encourage myself as well! The best is yet to come newbies, keep grinding! Have a great day!

My real estate agent just informed that she is also investing in properties. I found several deals today that I would like her to put offers on, but I can't help but wonder if she would try to steal any for herself and outbid me. Is there any laws that would prevent her from doing so? We have a great relationship and I don't believe she would! What do you guys think? @Adam Franco @Milan Monteiro @Madeline Burke
