Thanks @David Krulac yes the property is up for tax sale. I was just wondering, I'm new to this all and I've never seen Hud behind on taxes

  I guess what I'm saying is that it is in the tax sale now for my state... I've never seen it like this... Weird

has anyone ever saw this? I'm interested in the property and HUD hasn't paid taxes in years? Would this be a easy sale I could get via tax sale?

I walk in very "Bitchy" lol. I did it today on my contractors. So far they are actually more helpful.

You should. Would you be buying owner occupancy status? Be aware that for a year you can't rent it out or resell. Anyhow, try a credit union if possible. 

I just bought my first HUD home as a investor and used a personal loan from my credit union. Low interest rate.
