I have never personally had that experience but I have known people that have had their water contaminated and their only option was to use bottled water

@Rodney Milleri asked what happens if your water becomes contaminated? As in ALL the water sources under ground are contaminated.

Depending upon your money needs, these two lenders could be a good source of private lending in the future. I think that i would pay them a little personal visit before i actually refinanced and tell them that i was going to and why. Be real subtle and feel them out on what they are going to do with the cash. I bet they would love to put it back to work in a secured investment.

That deal looks too thin for me if you have 240k in it. I personally wouldnt want to have more than 210k in it.

I am not sure exactly where the 70 figure has its basis but it is a good rule used by knowledgeable mhp investors. Value a park based upon TODAY'S conditions. Any rent increase is YOUR bonus. Also remember this: brokers will exaggerate and out right lie to make the sale. Few people have your best interests at heart.

you could use some more leveling compound but that can get pricey. A 5/8 dip is too much for laminate so unless you level it more it might have to be carpet
