If you have a good deal post it on craigslist and bigger pockets. If it doesn't sell your priced too high.

All good to me. I'd love to have a few properties near ND :)

I'll dig deeper next time I see her. Yours and her properties may be in different neighborhoods or price ranges too. Maybe the city doesn't like her type of properties.

Anthony your reia and the city Are Two Different Things.  I mentioned the city not your club.

I'm just passing on information I heard from a fairly large investor in South Bend. The city fines landlords for petty things.

The person I talk to and other investors she works with in that area are ready to sell out and leave. 

I can't document anything its just what she reports. She and her acquaintance own quite a few properties there so I believe her.

I can pass on what I've heard.

South Bend is not investor friendly and is hammering rental owners with fines for violations.
