Never heard of that. I bet I have installed over 200 houses with countertops and never heard of that one. I have heard of everything else under the sun with grantie buts that a first for me.

I wouldnt put butcher block in. I do custom homes and everybody goes on internet and sees it and wants it.  I have nothing but call backs from it.  Stains, dents, its also a very porous surface and it can be a bacteria nightmare.  No way I would put it in a rental.  

I have actually had to replace the few I have done with solid surface just to get the home owners to be happy and not flip out

Bang for your buck is vinly Windows. I'm a dealer for a window company in Chicago if you want a local contact let me known.  I have install over 125 custom homes with very little trouble with these windows.

I do loans on the side, my primary business is custom homes.  But I always wondered if those leads sites work.  I get most of my loan lends from people I know or my sub contractors I know. 

I really want to get into loans full time, but I build about 15 customs homes a year so that keeps me super busy.

Loans I love to do, but I only do 1 or 2 a month so its not a full time gig, but its really what I have a passion for.

Put out a roach trap.  They have lots of videos on youtube about it.  I did it in a property a couple years ago and I was amazed at the number it caught

Have you cousin look into IKO they are about the same price as 3 tabs.  I personally like 3 tabs but thats me.

If he was quoting certianteed they are the about the most expensive architecturals

Figure out some more details on the shingle, lots of different brands.  I can buy architecturals for the same price as 3 tabs, just have to find the cheaper brand
