It sounds like you had answered your question n the details of our post. The smaller brokerage with more direct and intimate connection is something that I would prefer as a new agent. That is a very personal decision.

 We are in a relationship business. Having one with your office and a highly respected  broker is fundamental to success.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Somerville.

Purchase price: $153,000
Cash invested: $400,000

Traditional working class mult family carry original charm in the thriving city of Somerville. Updated kitchens baths, floors ,paint and new porches with added 3rd bedroom on second floor.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The city and, as usual you make your profit with the deal

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Called to find the right place and deal situation

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional financing

How did you add value to the deal?

Reasonable upgrades without down to stud renovations

What was the outcome?

Excellent
It’s a positive cash flower with very high equity

Not that agent. I am now licensed to support my and any other clients with there property needs.

They may limit how much you can take

However You can currently withdraw without penalty if you have been affected by the coronavirus

Or

Convert it to a self directed Roth to invest in realestate

Speak with a pro in this area for you state to do this correctly
