I considers very easy to replace the light bulb, instead of replacing entire led light.

That’s why I like installing lights that’s uses light bulbs.

I will do city, if local goverment bans Airbnb or crack down short term rental. I have my exit strategy of turning into long term.

This is the same tenant who would negotiated for $5 rent difference in rent renewal.
