Sounds good for investors in Oregon. Can you or the company supply access for "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate" for all 58 counties in CA??

"Notice of Petition" (probate) has to be published per CA probate code 8120-8125..

@Bernita Wallace

In Northern CA (Sacramento county) there's a legal newspaper (The Daily Journal) which publishes "Notice to of Petition to Administer Estate" (probate leads) Ask your clerk if the county publishes "probate notices". From state to state, laws differ as to how probate cases are published. Google "adjudicated newspaper" for your area or check your local law library for a/any publication(s). Not familiar with Kennesaw area but the county should have something legally published..

@Chris Gawlik Copies of probate doc's should be cheap, around $1.00. The "doc's" that you photo copied are CA based and probably different from KY "doc's". I'll be waiting with anticipation your uploaded post of probate doc's DE-111, DE-121, DE-140 and DE-150. Regarding your quote Some counties in the country print the leads right in the newspaper. Here in Northern CA (Sac/Placer counties) the only leads published is "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate". There should be an adjudicated paper in San Bernadino county (Fontana News, Yucaipa News Mirror) that publishes this heading. Two thumbs up for Rick Harmon's quote "obits are not probates, court cases are probates".

@Joshua Fair Here in Placer/Sacramento counties, I view the probate calendar notes and the reason why the probate file(s) is being delayed.

Some example's ; Appearance is required for continued hearing, Missing notice to heir's (who have an interest in property) Petitioner requests probate hearing to be continued in 2-3 or 4 additional months, competing probate files ( different case file number's for same decedant), court recommending probate matter dropped from calendar, missing information about home sale. etc; etc; etc;

Joshua keep us posted

Mark...
