Thanks Bill Gulley that makes perfect sense.

What about leasing to this person? Would you agree that it should not have a major influence as a potential tenant to someone?

I am going to sell my home in Haslet this summer. As a result my long time tenant is starting to look for a new house to lease or owner finance. She's telling me that because of a tax lien as a result of a 2008 divorce, landlords do not want to rent/owner finance. Here credit is in the low 500's but she has a perfect rental history with me for the last 4 years.

I maintain that based on her payment history with me she should be able to find a lease/owner finance deal.

Do you see this as a serious problem?

How are new parks received these days by local governments?
I would guess you may have to be outside of city jurisdiction?

I get the over 50 restriction, but do you think these types of parks can thrive in most markets?

Radar show most of the storms heading straight north.

Greg B. I'm sure you're taking care of your kids right now, but I read about damage in Cleburne. Hope you and yours are ok.

Jon K. did it pass yet?

It's all over the DFW!

One of my rentals is on top of a hill facing SW with a beautiful view for miles and of the sunset. Basically faces the storms head on. Just patched the roof a couple of weeks ago due to severe weather. Anyone interested in a quick acquisition?

Bill Gulley and Will Barnard I've never looked at Zillow based on what I've heard. I've just always had a realtor pull comps through MLS. Will, are you saying that now Zillow will show actual solds? Do they get their info from MLS, and do you think it's complete?

BTW, Jay Neaves welcome to BP!

Davis isn't saying if he's returning yet, but consensus is he's #1 if he does.
