Welcome to BP William V. glad you jumped in.

Sounds like you have a good strategy for acquisitions. I'm not familiar with military bases, but I've heard that it is usually a good rental market.

As far as figuring out the how-to, dig around on BP here. You can use the search function to browse old forum posts, articles and blogs, not to mention asking questions.

Be careful on your way to get your ticket...odds of being struck by lightning? 1/1,000,000. You're more likely to be struck by lightning than win the big one!

Hi Jordan Burdine Welcome to BP.

I did a quick search for "finders fees" in the upper right hand corner under Forums.

Hopefully the link works out:

Great job J Scott! That was a clear, well done explanation. I liked the whiteboard aspect as well.

So what's the next subject? :)

Nathan Greg and I went to the Colorado Avalanche hockey game. I tried to be an Avs fan for the night but the Dallas Stars fan in me was excited when they lost in OT. This whole weekend was really a great experience. Josh and Denver have been a wonderful host. There's a handful of us still going! I'm in for next year!

The first day has been full of such great information that is hard to get online. What's so special is that it's coming from people we've known here on BP for a long time now.

It's been a long day and we're still going! Thank goodness for coffee...

I think I owe a round of Stone Smoke Porters to somebody

W Tomsin, I think I may have just filled up our van earlier. I see you are on the BP contact list as am I. Call me if you don't find another ride. We might be able to split into two vans.

If managing older posts were a consideration, I would at least like to have access to an "archive" of older posts.

Happy Anniversary Jeff L.!

It depends. Will she be with you on the trip? If so, then maybe a nice limo ride to dinner outside of the downtown area.

If not, then um...:)
