I don't remember how good their D is, but imagine Manning throwing to Fitzgerald...that could be pretty entertaining! I don't know how good the Oline is, but Manning will need plenty of protection!

Will Barnard, I certainly hope you have a happy birthday too, but did you happen to see the tag words used for this thread by Nick J.?

Too funny! (I guess that's easy for me to say since I'm not the target...)

There are a few posts I saw when I searched the forums under "cost segregation".

We have discussed this on many occasions at our company but have never attempted this. My understanding is (at least on larger commercial properties) that you need some sort of inspector/professional to produce a report breaking out the costs into the different depreciable categories.

Hopefully, there have been some BP members who have gone through this on smaller investments and will share.

Kindu uses Suburbans that can fit 6-8 passengers. If you are planning on using Alpha, he asked for a list of passengers and pick up time. His pricing is about $15 for a full car. He would like notice at least 2-3 days ahead of time.

I'll be glad to start a list for around noon pick up on Thursday.

I'll check in with them and report back. Jon Klaus, I thought you were getting in Wed?

Ok then if you want, I'll arrange for the ride and see how many people we can squeeze in the car, just in case others want to join in as well.

I'm arriving at 11:20am Thursday, so if anyone wants to share an Alpha Express, I will be glad to do so. Nick J. if you land close to lunch maybe we can rideshare. If there are more people looking to share around this time, it looks like Alpha can accomodate us.

Mark Updegraff I do think that when you are considering a commercial or a development property, it's important that there is a "complelling story" to go along with the existing economics. Sounds like you may have one!

Let us know how this turns out.
