mostly local banks.. try QUICKEN loans.. they have quoted 80/20 LTV with cash out refi

I have a local bank in Indianapolis... they did a 80% cash out refi on my primary home (15 year fixed at 2.75% interest). I'll use this cash out to buy investment properties... I'd suggest working with your local bank if you haven't tried them already.. QUICKEN loans will also do an 80/20 cash out refi.  Does that help??

In working with Allstate, they limit the number of landlord policies at 4. If I have 20+ properties, then what companies would write one policy to cover all of these under one policy?
