I think part of it is people do not like change, it can cost a lot to move if they have a lot of stuff, and if you are a great landlord, they may be fearful of getting a overbearing landlord.

That is absolute fraud, I hate suing, but this seller should be sued to pay for damages

I like it which tenants do this, I actually offered my tenants a discount this tax time if they want to pay ahead.

I personally don't mind dogs, and I feel it gives me a competitive edge over other landlords

You could hire 4 people, 2 upstairs throwing trash out the windows, small items could be bagged. 2 people on the ground picking it up and throwing it in a dumpster. That way you do not have to carry It through the house.

Here is a video which explains debt extremely well, it is long but worth it.  When banks pull this garbage of lending money to people who should not qualify, there is consequences in the economy.

I love it when they inflate the bubble.   It means a investor should stock up on cash and buy properties for dirt cheap when it crashes.

I like Craigslist, but definitely mls as well.
