Hi Wholesalers in CNY, I'm looking to make another purchase in a couple of months. I'm looking for multi-families, small and medium size apartment buildings. I do **NOT** want to be on the south side. I don't have the infrastructure to support that. Preferences are properties that need some work, but nothing with the foundation or roof.

I haven't thought about a home warranty plan, but what I did was buy brand new appliances for both units. 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators at Home Depot for all of $1600 and now I don't have to worry about repairs.

Someone told me about an app called Plowz Mowz. I haven't used them yet and might not since I have a PM now, but I've heard others use them with success.

 The media keeps emphasizing the Vegas shooter's career as a real estate investor. I wonder why they keep doing that? And they also keep emphasizing that he made millions!
