Hi,

My name is Tom Cafarella and I am an experienced investor located in the Boston market. I've done over 500 deals in the past 5 years in Boston and am looking to expand.

I originally wanted to travel and set this all up myself, but I have 3 and six month old kids and just can't travel much at this point in my life.

Because of this, I am looking for motivated individuals in other markets who I can partner with. I need boots on the ground in markets across the U.S. to implement my systems that have allowed me to dominate my local market.

I’m a real estate investor who does deals in the Boston area. I’ve reached maximum market share where I am at and am looking to expand into other markets. My initial thought was to set up crews in other areas, but because I have a couple of young kids, that isn’t going to be realistically possible.

I’m looking for local motivated investors who either want to get into real estate investing or take their investment career to the next level. I’ve done over 500 deals in Boston in the last 5 years and I know my systems can work anywhere.

We will fully train, support and teach our systems that have allowed us to dominate the Boston market. My team had originally wanted to travel to these markets ourselves, but given that I have two young children(3 years and 6 months), this is not currently possible.

The idea candidate would be willing to follow our systems, be coach-able and willing to work hard. We will generate motivated seller leads in your geographic market for you to meet with and make offers to in order to wholesale/fix and flip/buy and hold.

Check out our latest project: a 4 unit high end new construction development project in East Boston. At the fully catered event, you will have the chance to walk through the completed project and network with other local real estate professionals. During the presentation portion of the event, we will be discussing the details of the project including:

1. How we acquired the property
2. The process(zoning, legal, architectural) for getting the approval to turn this single family home into 4 units
3. The actual construction process from taking down the single family and putting up 4 new construction condos
4. The numbers on the project
5. And finally, the overall analysis of the project: was it worth it?
