I am an experienced investor(over 500 deals in the past 5 years) in the Boston market and am looking for newer investors in local markets in order to expand.  We want to expand outside of Boston and need boots on the ground in local markets across the country in order to do so.  

We will fully train, support and teach our systems that have allowed us to dominate the Boston market.  My team had originally wanted to travel to these markets ourselves, but given that I have two young children(3 years and 6 months), this is not currently possible.  

The idea candidate would be willing to follow our systems, be coach-able and willing to work hard.  We will generate motivated seller leads in your geographic market for you to meet with and make offers to in order to wholesale/fix and flip/buy and hold.

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share a marketing system that I have been using in the last few months that has allowed me to get a bunch of motivated sellers. It’s working so well that I figured I’d share it for others that are looking to generate these kinds of leads. Anyways, over the past few months, we’ve been booking a ton of motivated seller appointments by using a 3 line dialer to call on absentee owners. 

Without using the dialer, were were reaching about 70 people per day and with the dialer we are averaging 400-500. We tested it out with a bunch of different seller lists but absentees seem to work the best. We had almost no success until we started using cell phone records(by the way). Once we were able to find the cell phone records, it was game over.
