Hello BP.

I am in need a Good Real Estate CPA in Twin Cites of Minnesota to help me prepare up coming tax return and develop a real estate game plan for future buy and hold rental. I want to  get all the benefits of the tax and still  do everything right.

Other website that you can check for Multi_family is Redfin, Realtor beside zillow. You should also have a realtor so they can send you MLS listing.

Multi Family has very low inventory in Twin cities right now and price is getting higher. Good luck with your search.
