I'm a newbie wholesaler in the Indianapolis area and I just need a couple suggestions on what title company should I work with when handling my escrow account ? Also, I will take any suggestions on real estate attorneys in the area. Thanks in advance

Hello, My name is Tonei and I'm a start up real estate wholesaler in the Indianapolis, IN area. I know that in today's society, having a website is great for business. I guess I'm not sure if I NEED a website before I start reaching out to sellers/buyers or could I create one once I got more deals on my portfolio?

Hello, My name is Tonei and I'm currenlty working towards finding a good deal to whole sale in the Indianapolis, IN area. I've been doing a little driving for dollars and found a couple of properties.  Now I've heard about direct mail, but is it okay to straight up call the sellers off bat to see if they're a motivated seller or is it best to start off with mailing them a couple things here and there to get them to call me instead ? Just want to know others opinion on this. Thanks in adavnce
