Greetings All,

My name is Tony, and I am new to this forum. I wanted to introduce myself to the local RE investors after finding this sub-forum. I have been on BP approximately three months, and continue to build my education through the podcasts, webinars, books etc... that this site has to offer. In this short amount of time I have been able to close on my first investment property that I am presently trying to rehab following the BRRRR strategy. With this said, if I can be of any assistance to any of you just shoot me a PM, and I will assist any way I can.

Regards, Tony

Hello Members,

Does anyone have any recommendations/referrals for electricians, roofers, laborers in or around Coweta County, Ga that work well with investors? I have recently bought a property that I want to apply the BRRRR method too, and I am in this step of the method. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Regards, Tony

Try the online mortgage calculators there you can find your p/I after entering your specific info. Then hit option for amortization. This will break down p/I month by month. There may be better way to calculate. Just chiming in. Hope this helps!!

Hello Tom!! and welcome to BP. I am new to RE from Greater Atlanta area, and I am trying to navigate these areas of interest also.  Any knowledge I gain along the way on these topics I will pass along to you. BP has a wealth of information on any topic of RE you can think of in my opinion. I personally have gained more knowledge from the forums and podcasts.

Regards,Tony
