can you Identify what DSCR is and get in \to the the details as much as you can.

I did look into as best I could and found that
DSCR is a lenders number and determines the credentials of the property

Anyway, back to making the battle plan I would like to get in the game with little as possible I understand little about fixing houses.

As far as the beard, LOL, thats not my real pic. I'm 23 if I had hair like that people would probably think I"m a freak. Thats Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder. Hilarious movie "silly" comedy. its listed at 395k I orignally thought about 240 for a price minus a down payment.

wish tells me I'm starting to get it. But I think I'm being opptimistic with taking the bank down almost half.

so the real estates a no go unless expenses go down after they been verified.

The expenses where some projections giving by the realtor so they still have to be varified. and off course I added about 5-10% for every expense the realtor listed I also added about 950 for taxes
