My biggest question I have is it legal in WI to structure a deal with a set amount of interest verse a percentage. for instance.

3400 a month towards principal
1200 goes toward interest
ballon payment after 10 years
(the sellers retiring)

How would I find and learn about real estate investment law in Wisconsin.

Was looking online at Commercial Releif a company that provide depreciation acceleration and loan modification services. Was wondering if anyone out there heard of this company and if its a worth while business oppurtunity. It costs about 250 a year to be an affiliate

Aaron, what is the majority of things you been reading about.

Also get started in the things that interest you most about real estate. wither its the management side or fix and flips or wholesaling.

You want to enjoy what your doing you'll go alot further a lot faster.

so would your recommendation be starting my own property management company that takes care of the property.

I know the broker I had my internship with did that when he bought large 15+ unit buildings. What it be a way to further shelter your income from evil liberal taxes

I did a search for a Property Management company and every company that showed up HAD HORRIBLE REVIEWS, should I take this online info to hard or our these low life tenants that are ticked off because the company didnt come running everytime they called.
