The Property is located in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta. There area several new builds on this street that have sold in the 700k - 1 million dollar range. You can rehab the current structure and reach an ARV in the mid 500k range. Or you can add some square footage and reach the top of the comps. Please let me know if you are interested. We are looking for both turn key properties and properties that require rehab. I was thinking about getting a line of credit so we can move quickly when we find something we like.

Can anyone recommend a good lender to work with to purchase rentals? We currently have 3 single family properties and a 3 unit and over the next 12 months we want to purchase several more. We purchase primarily in the Pittsburgh market. Please email at [email protected] with more information.

I have a vacant 6 unit available in Kansas City that needs a full rehab. The seller bought the property a year ago but the project was too big for him to finish. The units are all 2/1 and can be rented for $700.
