Quote from @Alvaro Ramirez:

UPDATE **** I have been working with D2D for a little over 3 months now. Overall not a bad experience.

They have provided me with an abundant amount of inbound leads that have been generated from Facebook and Instagram campaigns. All through my business portfolio that I created on my meta-business suite that they manage and help create the proper way.

Keep in mind things take time to really launch and takeoff , but with the resources and experience that Direct2Deals has, it makes the process a whole lot easier and something less that I have to handle inside of my business & can now focus on optimizing and being more efficient in the way I conduct business and close our deals.

On another note, if you are looking for qualified homeowners that are seeking to get an offer on their house or sell soon, and your goal is to have the most amount of opportunities to close for yourself and your team, we recommend doing a nationwide, multiple state targeted campaign with Direct2Deals.

They have a dedicated team to handle all questions you may have on a weekday basis through their email support system that they go through Monday through Friday to help you with your success at Direct2Deals.

Not a bad idea, if you’re tired of only doing outbound and want to get your feet wet with leads that come to you.

Wow Alvaro, what a strange and sudden switch in your opinion of the company in just a 10 hour span… could you be a fake account??? I wonder. lol

Hey, thanks for this post and review of the course.
Question… How in depth does the course get on fix & flips and also specifically generating leads?
we’ve already started our real estate investing journey, however our one bottleneck is Lead generation.

any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Quote from @John Hoschouer:

I joined The Flip Secret. It does a good job of teaching the basics of flipping, and with the discord group and coaching can help give the motivation to get off the sideline and into investing.

You can use resources like Bigger Pockets for free, or Bigger Pockets Pro for much less than Jake’s course, but the reality for me is I never would have taken the first step. It’s been seven months since I purchased the program and have already flipped one house, my second house is getting pictures taken today (rehab is complete) and will be listed around the middle of next week. Rehab starts in my third property in 3 days.

So I am a fan of The Flip Secret. but I recognize the cost is significant, and everything you learn can be found in other places. Best of luck in how you choose to proceed.

Hey John, thanks so much for the insight!  Mind telling us your approx profit on your first flip? and (what you're estimating to make on your 2nd?) asking because it may help us determine value of a program like his

Quote from @Steve Gallegos:

Yes I've used them and its a big scam. They sucker you in saying you don't pay till you get deal but it then turns into Facebook ads. The leads are horrible and a lot of times are not even real estate related. Such a waste of money. In 4 mos. got 0 warm leads. All were ice cold if even in the same industry. Do not recommend.

Thanks so much for the honesty Steve!

I'm looking to start investing in the DFW area but how do you search/get ARV comps for properties when TX doesn't show what properties sold for?

thanks!
