Hi Folks! I found BP on YouTube and have enjoyed listening. I'm 43 and currently live in Eugene, Oregon (I have family in Deltona FL and interested in that area as well). I've sold about 7 homes on my own (no realtor) and have saved some of that money for investing. I've had two rentals, currently I have one (buy and hold) rental that I rehabbed this year. I look for single fam or multi fam properties that need some work, I then invest in cosmetic improvements and rent or flip. Looking to meet like minded folks on here, I have several friends who invest in RE, but always good to find some more! Went to my first auction this week after finding it by reaching out as BP mentioned doing, was an interesting experience. Thank you. -Trav
