Whats the best method of interviewing/vetting a CPA? Looking to have business taxes and stuff done and looking for a great quality tax professional. What would you do when looking for a CPA or tax professional?

Is it wise to use your business line of credit to purchase homes and either fix them up or even do anything with them? Are there certain limits that you can use business line credit for purchasing real estate? 

@Nick C. You are absolutely right, I am in talks with the owner herself. She wants to list it at 490k, might be able to talk her down a bit. Redfin est. About $519,644. Realtor est. $543,300. Doesn't look like much work needs to be done looks like people are in here painting a little bit to and sanding down some stuff I could take pics though, and the outside could use a little up keep but all in all she wants to list it cheaper than what its going for and wants to be out by the end of the month. Not to sure if I said it but this house isn't on the market not even a sign is outside yet

@Jacquelyn West Yeah, basically a chat room for friends and family or whoever and you can talk, video chat screen share and pleanty of other things a lot of gamers use it especially if they're on PC. Good weay to commuicate and have group meetings also
