It felt like these courses on Compucram wasn't helping it was just telling me I don't feel like im really learning anything. And I've been watching some videos from Affinity also!! Thank you

@Eric Johnson That kinda helps to be honest. So I guess where im stuck should I do the 20 hour pre-licensing class before I do the Compucram or does it even matter which is first?

@Justin Phillips I don't think I have that. See I study on CompuCram, and it pretty much just through me out there, you take the pre test to see what you know and don't. I did that, then you just go through flash cards and stuff like that but that's NOT helping as much and I feel like it's not giving me the top information I need to actually know if that makes sense. I've been on the NMLS site to take the practice test also. So I guess my next question is did you take it on CompuCram and if so how you can print the pages out!?

Where or how could I get a better understanding or can someone help as far as how to properly study? I've been taking endless notes but it seems like it's not enough.... ANY TIPS PLEASE!!!!!?

Thanks! Yeah I've been hearing that a lot "house hacking" especially because of now. But it seems pretty hard to find some houses to hack in Nova it seems, everything is like 300k for just 1 TH (if it's not ran down) but maybe I should look harder @Preston Roper

I'm new and soon will be taking my Loan Officer test to get my license. But in the mean time I really wanted to get started in Real Estate in buying and renting or something. I was really thinking the BRRRR method would be great if anyone that is in VA or in a state that's similar to the pricing can give me a few tips to get started with little money down that would be awesome! Thanks!!
