@Taylor L. I guess what I'm saying is that there's a lot of land for sale around the NOVA area. I was thinking of buying land and putting up signs to get stuff built on it or buying land and building off of it on my own. Which do you think is best?

I was thinking about going into commercial real estate. What would be the 1st steps? Are private lenders willing to invest in a great idea. There's land for sale might have to build from the ground up will obviously cost a lot but there's also some buildings for sale/ or lease for what I'm looking for. What's better? Leveling the land and just using it all for a plan. Or an already built building?
