C/C- class for many years ahead, nothing wrong with that. It is, what it is. You can find some great cash flowing properties in South Linden. We personally have a four duplexes rented at $650 per side in this area.

Columbus Ohio is a strong market for your next rental property. We currently have 33 units and even with everything going on in the world. The market is strong and rents are continuing to climb. We have a housing shortage which makes it a competitive market but once you secure a few small multi family properties you will have no shortage for tenants that will be eager to rent your units.

That’s what I’m talking about!
I would start with purchasing a duplex with a low downpayment owner occupant long term financing. Live on one side with roommates that pay you rent and rent the other side to your 1st tenant. Then save up for your next multi family property.
I’m open to have a continued discussion regarding partnership. I’m impressed that you’re thinking of this in high school. Stay focused and on track and you’re going to be very successful.

Personally I would never purchase Real Property that is below floodplain, the Great Flood of 1913 put all of Franklinton underwater. The flood wall built in 2000 has never been tested. The way that our planet is changing I’m sure there is another hundred year flood is around the corner. I do support that Franklinton is up-and-coming area for arts, restaurants, breweries and retail. I just personally wouldn’t buy Real Property there. There are many other communities that are central to Downtown Columbus Ohio.
