Pleasure meeting on BiggerPockets! Seattle is a great city to live in while investing in Columbus Ohio small multi-family that produces cashflow each month. I personally have 32 doors here in Columbus A's and C's. It is a competitive market and you need to run your numbers and be quick. I look forward to connecting soon.

Pleasure meeting on Bigger Pockets. Columbus Ohio is very a competitive market for small multi-family. There are still opportunities that can cash flow each month.

Columbus the Capital of Ohio is a great market for multi-family investing. The market is currently competitive between investors and there is a lack of good cash flowing multi-family inventory. The city is growing fast and a lot of people are deciding that Columbus is a great city to call home. We have a large health care sector with Children's, Riverside, Ohio Health, Grant, THE Ohio State University and Mount Carmel. Large financial employers Chase and Huntington Bank. Small business is thriving here and we have one of the largest Universities in the country.
It is simple to evict a tenant in Columbus Ohio the cost is around $400 and takes 30 days.

Pleasure meeting on Bigger Pockets Toma. Are you focusing on C class or a more blended B class approach?
