I am a college football coach and I have been reading up on real estate investing. I want to get out of the rat race and buy my first rental property by next December. Any advice would help. I currently live in Massachusetts. I move quite often and work during the season 80-100 hours per week. Any advice on trying to find time to buy my first property??
