Where is it? I have $35 k properties that get $700 a month. It would have to be in a appreciating neighborhood for me to spend $26k more for an extra $100 a month.

Hi Michael.
I'm a Realtor in Columbus, Ohio. I sell lots of investment properties here. I have 2 that might interest you. 1 is a 4plex bringing in 2 k a month, the other is a duplex, bringing in $1300 a month. Good morning Simon. Setting up an llc is very easy. You can go to the Ohio Secretary of State web-site to do it. You can also call a lawyer to do it; any title company attorney can do it. I can give you referral if needed. You can also go to LegalZoom.com to do one.
