Does anyone know of a bulk text messaging service that has flat monthly rates?

All the ones Ive seen are based on messages sent.
I am looking for something that charges based on subscribers or contacts.

Are you talking about having highly ranked websites?

I'm looking to capture the "random" buyers you don't normally get through other channels.

I have been using craigslist for a long time to post houses for sale.

Recently I have been getting hardly any responses to my ads.
Ive switched back and forth from postlets to text ads, and varied my copy and not much seems to be working.

In the past I usually got about 3-5 hits per week per ad.

What are others experiencing?

It still won't allow me several numbers on the same line.

If I forward a second number to my cell, it disconnects the original.

Are you using extensions somehow?

I don't know about you guys, but zip ties from Home Depot are a RIP off. My sign guy used to sell them to me for dirt cheap, and I couldnt figure out where he got them. He stopped carrying them so I figured I would ask.

He told me to go to www.lecoplastics.com
(I cant remember if we can post links - BUT I am not affiliated with these guys, just trying to save us investors some cash)

He used to sell me the 50lb ones which I liked because they were easier to thread. But after using the HD ones I think the 175 lb ones are harder for kids to rip down etc. Anyway I got a box of 500 for 72 bucks. where a pack of 20 at HD costs 10-12.

Great deal on these.

How do you turn the greeting off?

I've changed the settings but it keeps doing it.

I had an angry neighborhood person take my sign down and write " FREE 2006 HUMMER" with my phone number on it on the other side of my sign.

Funny thing is it was a half mile from my house and I ran into the guy when he was trying to put it back up.

Never had that one happen before.

Jim, what is your message call to action that the robo-blast is saying?

Also, are you targeting potential lease option folks specifically?

I've mainly been wholesaling currently, this could be great for my eviction leads.

Also- have you used voiceshot for virtual receptionist services? Their pricing looks great.
