Does your HOA allow air BNB?

Thanks gents. All good advice and things I will adjust. I have professional photos, I need to get a sign in my yard, and I may need to tweak the listing verbiage. Is there any website in particular that may provide a bigger viewing audience ?

I will be attempting to sell my own house opposed to going the traditional (realtor) route. Can anyone give me any best practices or pitfalls to avoid. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, my name is Troy Smith! I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and ready to commit and dive head first into real estate investing . I was born in Kingston Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn New York. I Attended New York Maritime Academy where I studied International trade and transportation. After college, I accepted a commission in the Marine Corps  and have been serving as an Engineer Officer since 2011.

I have challenged myself to complete my first investment deal in 90 days; with a short term goal of performing 10 fix and flips in the coming year and owning 4 rental properties in the next 3 years.   I would like to focus primarily in the San Diego, CA market . I also intend to do long distant buy and hold investments on the east coast.

I am currently looking to meet investors, contractors, agents, lenders, and inspectors in San Diego.  I am humble enough to leverage  sweat equity for opportunities to learn and build genuine relationships through real estate. I am excited for the future and I look forward to connecting with investors in the San Diego area!!!!
